Frequently Asked Questions

We believe in straight answers.

Not directly — Canadian law requires immigration application assistance to be provided by a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or immigration lawyer. However, we work in formal partnership with a network of trusted licensed RCICs and immigration lawyers. When you need application support, we introduce you to the right partner who handles your case under their licence. The introduction is always free and their fees are separate from our packages.
Not at all. We work with clients at every stage — from early research and planning, to people who already have their visa in hand and are ready to move, to those who have already arrived and need help getting settled. We can also help you understand your immigration options and introduce you to our RCIC partners if you're still figuring out your pathway.
We provide full service in English, French, and Spanish. If you have other language needs, please mention this when you book your intro call and we'll do our best to accommodate you or find a suitable resource.
When you purchase any package, you are matched with a personal advisor based on your language preference, family situation, and destination. That advisor becomes your single point of contact for the duration of your package. You'll communicate via WhatsApp, email, and video calls — whichever works best for you. You'll never be passed around between strangers.
During your support window, you have ongoing WhatsApp and email access to your advisor for questions, guidance, and coordination. The number of video/phone calls depends on the package. After your support window ends, you can extend your support by purchasing additional time à la carte or upgrading to a monthly plan.
We serve clients from over 30 countries. While our marketing currently emphasizes Americans — because they represent a large and fast-growing part of our client base — our services are fully available to anyone relocating to Canada, from anywhere in the world. Our advisors are experienced with newcomers from diverse backgrounds and countries of origin.
That's one of the most common situations we help with. Regional and lifestyle matching is a core part of our service. Your advisor can help you compare cities and regions based on your priorities — climate, cost of living, job market, cultural fit, school quality, outdoor lifestyle, community, and more. We've helped many clients discover cities they'd never considered before.
As soon as your purchase is complete you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started — including a link to schedule your first call with your dedicated advisor at a time that works for you. Your advisor will confirm the appointment and reach out within 48 hours. If your move is urgent, let us know in the scheduling form and we'll prioritize accordingly.
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't yet had your first advisor session. After your first session, we offer a prorated refund based on services not yet delivered. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will not be renewed. Please contact us at hello@canadianimmigrationconcierge.ca with any refund requests.
No. Canadian Immigration Concierge is not a law firm and does not provide legal immigration advice. We provide practical, non-legal relocation and settlement support. Where legal representation is required, we refer clients to our network of licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and immigration lawyers at no charge. This distinction protects you — and it's one we take seriously.
Yes. If you realize you need more support than your current package provides, you can upgrade at any time. We'll credit the amount already paid toward the higher package. Just contact your advisor or email us and we'll set it up.
We provide extensive housing guidance — including short and long-term housing options, rental market overviews by city, neighbourhood matching, landlord vetting guidance, and lease review guidance (non-legal). For clients looking to buy, we connect you with reputable, vetted realtors in your destination region who understand the needs of newcomers. We don't act as real estate agents or sign leases on your behalf, but we actively guide and support the entire search process — and help you avoid the common and costly mistakes newcomers make in the Canadian housing market.
